
1. If you are getting the above message
2. Press the menu button on the remote (usually is button with 3 lines) or press and hold the OK button
3. Click on Settings (below)

4. Click on Profiles (below)

5. Click on the profile you are told to select, (ie, #o2, #o3 / #o4 / #i3 / #i4 / #i5) note: DO NOT click on red X

6. Click on STB configuation

7. Click on Device ID

8. Click Send Device ID

7. Click on Reset Device ID to default value...

8. Click "OK"

9. Press back a 7-8 few times, then press and hold OK, click Exit and open the STBEMU app again
